交通非常方便，去哪個捷運站都很順。空間非常的大，有廚房可以自行料理很方便。 缺點是隔音非常的不好，樓上走路的聲音隨時都可以聽的非常清楚，後面緊鄰餐廳，打開門會是油煙味。以及雖然在訂房資訊有備注，但我是第一次遇到住宿不包含水電的房間。

Luis was a great host, he waited at the apartment for our arrival and gave us a tour of the place. He was easy to communicate with. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, the rambla at Poblenau (with bars and restaurants), and a 20 minute walk to the center of Barcelona. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Teil von Barcelona, die Terrasse umwerfend! Der Altbau bringt ein paar Nachteile mit sich, doch die sind klein. Gerne wieder.

Great property in a secure residential building with sea views. Location is good as the metro is a 10 minute walk. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a mall with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The hosts were very gracious and responsive and promptly sorted out any issues we had and also provided additional consumables on request. The property had basic essentials like a coffee machine and beans, salt, pepper, etc besides cooking equipment. The apartment is at a low floor next to a highway so gets traffic noise in the morning rush hours, but it’s not much of an issue. The beds were quite comfortable. Overall, a cozy and comfortable space for our 1 week stay. Happy to recommend.

Cynthia est réactive, donne tous les renseignments utiles. Elle est accueillante et sympathique. L'appartement est trés bien situé, au calme, restaurants, plage à proximité, Barcelone..... Nous recommandons !!!!!! Super

Mine varmeste anbefalinger til Zeltias lejlighed. 100 meter fra Middelhavet, altan med udsigt over solopgangen og den fantastiske lyd af bølgerne der ruller ind over sandstranden. 5 minutter til offentlig transport, 5 minutter til supermarkedet og 2 minutter til diverse restauranter og cafeer.

It is an amazing choice for family stay. The villa really exceed expectation and is more cozy than it looks on photo. A number of toys for kids and boardgames will help with evening activities. And two level swimming pool make it possible to enjoy even for our younger ones. Nat is very hospitable host ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended and would like to come back next year.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

L’appartement était propre, calme avec une belle vue. On a pris une seule nuit malheureuse, on a pas pu profiter de la plage à proximité et la piscine. L’appel de visiter Barcelone était plus important. Harry était efficace et de bon conseil. Le top, c’est la place parking en sous sol en toute sécurité.

Hermoso lugar para descansar con una familia grande. Piscina muy cómoda. la casa es muy grande y no le falta nada. El ruido de aviones te acostumbras al 2° día, por la noche no hay vuelos, pero el primer vuelo a las 6:00 am te despierta si no te pones tapones en los oídos. Había tapones en todas las habitaciones. La casa tiene prohibido el acceso a la playa.

Great apartment. We stayed one night pre cruise, fabulous balcony on both sides of the apartment. Very close, two min walk to the huge shopping centre. Around 1 hr15 walk to sagrada familia. Lovely beachfront area within 5 min walk to get coffee etc on the beach on Sunday morning, will be back next time we are in Barcelona.

13 kişinin rahatlıkla kalabileceği, 3 banyo ve bir yarım banyonun da olmasıyla kalabalık gruplar için uygun bir konaklama. metro istasyonu hemen evin karşısında ve merkeze ulaşım çok kolaydı. ev temizdi ve kullanışlıydı. tek beğenmediğimiz yönü ulaşım problemlerinden ötürü geç kaldığımız için ekstra para talep edilmesi oldu. yolculuklarda aksilikler olabilir ve böyle bir talep edilmesi hoş değil.

For the purpose of our trip, this apartment was perfectly located and it was easy to get to the metro station. The grocery store next to the apartment was also good, because we arrived kind of late, so we could buy some food before retiring for the night. The host was very welcoming and gave us some great tips about the area. The neighbors were noisy, so if you are a light sleeper, pack ear plugs.

Excellent location, just 3 min from the beach. The street is full of resto. The apartment is very comfy and spacious. The kitchen is fully equiped.
