You can walk to the small local beach (7 minutes) that includes benches where you can read a book, picnic tables, a playground for the young ones, and a boat ramp should you have a jet ski, a boat, or a paddle board. The Gulf beaches (Okaloosa Island) are 9 minute drive and Destin is 16 min away.

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

This one spacious bedroom comes with a king sized bed, twin bunk beds, full bath, walk-in closet and laundry room. The downstairs has a full size pull out sofa bed and spacious loveseat. Fully stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, Keurig coffee pot and refrigerator with ice maker. The breakfast brunch style table looks out to the 16x32 ft in ground private swimming pool.

Downstairs you will find living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom. The loft has 2 queen beds. Small courtyard for outdoor seating & outdoor shower. It is located in a quiet street away from the main road to the resort. Maravilla is a low density development of 4- 4 story condo buildings, cottages and a dozen multi-story houses. There is a Smart -Roku TV in every bedroom and living room. The living room TV has HULU.
