Enjoy our updated home (built from 1906-1912) in F. L. Olmsted's historic Parkside neighborhood, a beautifully landscaped oasis of grand homes in the heart of Buffalo. Tour Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House (just down the block!), Delaware Park and the Bflo Zoological Gardens or shop&dine all within a 2 block walk. Your private entrance suite has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area/breakfast bar, and a luxury bathroom. Location is convenient to all area attractions and full of architectural treasures!

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
