Everything you need and more for a relaxing, idyllic, tropical getaway has been provided by Jeanette in The Bay House, where it's all insect screened, yet open, breezy and private. Yes, Port Vila is in recovery mode after the December earthquake and parts of some roads may have been potholed by seasonal monsoonal flooding, but that is part of the Efate adventure. Get your papaya, bananas and vegies at local roadside markets, visit nearby Tamanu Resort Restaurant and Pizza83(with string band and kava on Sunday).

Our second time at this stunning property, and delighted again. It’s truly serene, secluded yet accessible. The snorkelling access is quite unique. Any concern being in Port Vila currently should not be a worry. You are secluded though access is easy via water taxi - very cheap and efficient! A regular trip by boat into town for groceries is simple and enjoyable. Using a car is also easy, just what suits you. Robert will help you with anything you need!

Our incredible holiday in Vanuatu was cut short by the earthquake (Dec 2024) but we were very lucky as the staff at paradise point went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were safe. Thank you so much and also to the driver/tour guide recommended by our host who was with us during the earthquake and helped us. The local people were so happy and friendly throughout our stay and we hope that many more people will visit Port Vila when it is safe to do so. We loved our short boat trips from town to the house and back which were affordable and a lot of fun. They are a great option and will be essential to access the house until the road is repaired. We love coming back to Errollyn N Tristan’s tropical paradise that’s home away from home. There is everything you need or want. Kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms have everything you need. Errollyn N Tristan even organise transport! They are very responsive and go out of their way to meet our needs. Thank you once again!

A totally magical place! Our stay was Farea @ Watermark was absolutely wonderful. The location is breathtaking, the welcome fantastic and the property stunning. We snorkelled from the property straight onto the reef before breakfast, watched the stars from the loungers at night, had an amazing turtle spotting and snorkelling boat tour with Noland (one of Colin's team) and enjoyed a wonderful local meal prepared by Fanni, Noland’s wife. We could have stayed for weeks! Please don't tell anyone - let's keep it a secret!

Michael was an excellent host and Ben and Eva who greeted us at the property were very helpful. We went out for a snorkel trip to Lelepa. The house and surrounds are beautiful. We will be looking to stay there again. The full kitchen was great for our family, we took our food and cooked each night.
