Beautiful place, well appointed, comfortable and great location. Very close to the beach. Gorgeous beach and surroundings. Loved having our coffee and meals on the screened-in porch.

Great location! Pool, beach, and pier access. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and neatly decorated!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

Richard's apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was large and cozy. The refrigerator was huge (by German standards) and stocked with delicious, high-quality drinks. The couch was very comfortable, and the TV was huge and offered attractive programs. Richard provided us with everything we needed for our beach visits. He even bought a baby chair for our little one. Conversation with Richard was easy, courteous, and very friendly. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Charleston and the surrounding beaches. All in all, an absolute recommendation for your next trip.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

The location is great, with a beach access right in front of the house. Downtown is a short drive away but you can also walk, which removes the need to park. The place is old but functional.

Melissa was a great host! Everything was easy and the place was beautiful. Great location with walkable beach access and easy drive to Mt pleasant and Charleston. we loved it and will definitely look to stay with Melissa again.

My husband and I reserved Kate’s place because we are working in the area. Her place was perfect for us to work and unwind. The pond is absolutely mesmerizing. I found my self gazing at it while I worked from their king size bed. Clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, grocery and some shopping. Perfectly located within driving distance of Tybee Island and Savannah. We hope to rent her place again for future projects in the area.

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

We had a lovely stay at Donna’s house. The photos matched and it was exactly as expected. We saw dolphins off the dock within our first hour of arriving! Plenty of luxurious towels and linens, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, seating, cooking supplies, etc- great set up for groups. The location is about 25-30 mins from downtown Savannah so we did a lot of driving but it was so wonderful to have a peaceful spot after a busy day! We utilized the screen porch a lot!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Our multi-generation family had a wonderful stay! The house is great, and feels very remote/private, while everything you need - from shopping to activities and entertainment - is a quick drive away. We stayed at the house most of the weekend, enjoying the pool, games, relaxing, and meals together. Rachel is a lovely host and a great communicator. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, great access for the teens to get to the pool and beach, lacking on the ocean was fun.. small hiccup during the stay but Sean and Jeremy from the mngmt team were on it and did an excellent job.

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

It’s a beautiful place and so close to Coligny. Unit was extremely clean and nice furnishings. 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies! We would stay there again for sure.

Amazing stay! Relaxing beach theme vibe . Friendly neighbors and safe place to travel. Owner very responsive , she is very considerate of giving us early check-in as soon as the property became available that day. Our expectation exceeded ! Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

We stayed for a long weekend girls trip. It was a little tricky getting to the unit by car but only because the streets around that area are a little confusing. We managed to find it and were so excited when we walked in! The unit is so charming, spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect and walkable to a lot of things...tons of great restaurants, rooftop bars, and historical sites. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. It was great having so many amenities, including paper products, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. Check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again and loved everything about Savannah!

We had a wonderful week at Michael's condo on Tybee. Perfect location, quiet, easy access to beach and pools. Easy 30-minute drive to Savannah, we did two day-trips there to explore. The Deck was very convenient for great food. Michael's condo was spacious, inviting and clean. Two full bathrooms felt like a rare luxury! We are on a quest to visit all 50 states, Georgia was #26. So we likely will not be back anytime soon, but would recommend to friends and family. 10/10.
