Un tavolo da pranzo rotondo può ospitare comodamente quattro persone, ideale per il caffè mattutino o per piacevoli cene con gli amici. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare in casa con piano cottura a gas, forno da incasso, microonde, bollitore e tostapane. I ripiani in legno massello e uno splendido schienale in piastrelle con motivi selezionati a mano aggiungono calore e carattere. La camera da letto principale è un rifugio sereno in un tranquillo verde salvia, con un comodo letto matrimoniale rivestito in lino grigio di qualità, cuscini geometrici decorativi e stampe di arte botanica. Una grande finestra a ghigliottina si affaccia sul giardino privato anteriore, inondando lo spazio di luce naturale. La camera degli ospiti presenta ricche pareti verdi e una moderna testiera imbottita trapuntata a canale. I vivaci cuscini geometrici e un comodo copriletto in stile Pendleton aggiungono personalità, mentre il sedile vicino al finestrino integrato è perfetto per leggere con vista sul giardino. Una cassettiera di ispirazione vintage completa il look. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di asciugamani arrotolati di qualità alberghiera e biancheria fresca. Il bagno è stato recentemente ristrutturato secondo standard elevati con classiche piastrelle bianche della metropolitana, pavimenti in piastrelle decorative a motivi geometrici, una vasca da bagno con doccia a pioggia ed eleganti infissi neri opachi in tutto l'edificio, che creano un'atmosfera da spa. Il giardino privato anteriore con terrazza e posti a sedere all'aperto è un vero gioiello, perfetto per il tè del mattino, il vino della sera o semplicemente per godersi l'aria fresca di Edimburgo circondati da lavanda e vegetazione. Un vassoio di benvenuto con tè, caffè, biscotti e frutta fresca attende il vostro arrivo. Il riscaldamento centralizzato con termostato garantisce un comfort tutto l'anno. ONLY 10 to 15 MINS FROM AIRPORT this lower villa is next to Queensferry Road where you can get direct buses into the town centre (approx 20 mins on the bus). Also only 15 mins drive to hot spots in Edinburgh such as The Zoo/ Murrayfield Stadium & Ingliston for various events. The stunning Three bridges in South Queensferry can easily be reached by bus (well worth a visit). Edinburgh is not just about the castle it has stunning places to visit in and around this area.
