For concert & track goers we are about 30 min. to Downtown Saratoga Springs.

Sandy, Walk-In Beach on Sacandaga Lake

Our Adirondack getaway is located minutes from the Great Sacandaga Lake. Enjoy stunning sunsets &views overlooking "Sand Island" on 170 ft of lake frontage. The sandy, walk-in beach is perfect for swimming, kayaking &is ideal for families with small children. 1 mi. from the Broadalbin Boat launch, less than 1 hr to Lake George & Saratoga- enjoy hiking, fishing, horse races, boating and on! Enjoy grilling on the fire table at the beach, relaxing on the deck or by a cozy fire in the firepit!

The "Ridgeview Retreat"

This brand new Cozy Lil Cabin on the Great Sacandaga Lake is perfect to escape the hustle of everyday life. It's only 30 min to Saratoga and 40 min to Lake George. In summer, bring your boat or Jet Skiis!! You have your own private dock. In the winter, bring your ice fishing gear or snowmobiles. The cabin is right on the NYS snowmobile trails. At the end of the day snuggle in near the warmth of the fireplace inside. Otherwise, you can just relax in the peaceful surroundings.

Marina View Chateau

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated beautiful chateau boasts an amazing lake view. Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina next door. Renting a dock space right out your front door is an upgraded option. There is so much to do you will never want to leave. You will be within walking distance to mini golf and a beach/campground and a short drive to a quaint little town. Grab some bait from the marina store and go fishing!

The Cottage by the Lake

ENJOY A DISCOUNTED RATE FROM MAY 1-16 to kick off the summer! Adorable cottage on our property located on Great Sacandaga. Cottage as close to water as allowed! This Adirondack cottage will provide a tranquil & unique experience! Kitchenette, half bath & outdoor shower. Enjoy a beautiful sunset directly from the patio! Cottage has queen Murphy bed and futon that allows for 3 adults. Close proximity to Saratoga & racetrack. *Please note a 2 night minimum booking starting 5/11/26.

Twin Pines 1 (Lake front,Dock,Fire Pits)

This home has 100 feet of shared lake frontage and a beautiful creek that runs adjacent to the property. Home features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer along with a living room. This home located in the back of the property. Access to the lake is a minute walk across the street. The One acre of land is a shared space. 2 Fire pits on site, picnic tables and huge yard with a creak. 32ft of dock space. Close to the snowmobile trails!!

Take a break and unwind in this cozy home that sleeps 5.There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with walk in shower on first floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a daybed. Full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Located off the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer available for your use. The second floor loft like area provides 2 twin beds. Relax on the screened in porch or a quiet evening by a nice fire in the private back yard.
