The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Rooster lets you know when dawn is approaching . Great stop over if hauling horses . Picnic area at top with grill. Arabian horses dot the pastures. Covered bridge on the road and within minutes of wineries, Lake Erie, Historical Ashtabula harbor. Room is small but comfortable without the noise of a hotel. Wifi but no TV .

Our beautiful, 740 sq. ft apartment ready for a cozy country getaway. The private patio is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and watch for the deer. In the country, but 2 miles off the freeway, Manger 6 is 15 minutes from historic Ashtabula Harbor; 11 minutes from Downtown Conneaut; 25 minutes from the Spire; and 25 minutes from all of the Grand River region wineries and Geneva-on-the-lake. Please note that our room rate includes the required 5% county bed tax.
