House was great! Awesome location for bike week or anything Daytona!

Terisa's home is lovely and impeccably maintained. The yard provides a peaceful and soothing atmosphere! Our pup enjoyed as well.

Melissa made our stay for Easter weekend wonderful. She left a card and special treats for our kids. The house was beautiful and relaxing. Our kids had so much to do and loved spending the early morning fishing in the lake. We plan to make this our “home” every year that we visit family and friends.

We had a great time at this place. The dock was perfect for docking our boat . We loved the seating outside close to the canal and the fire pit and screen in porch. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and it felt like home away from home.

The stay at Bryan's property was perfect. The house is lovely, clean, and perfectly decorated for a pleasant and peaceful stay. Bryan was very responsive to our every need. It is the perfect getaway home to relax and enjoy. I would highly recommend both this house and the Host.

Our stay was wonderful! After looking at many places, we decided on the Gemini Lake House. It was super close to Stetson, Stanford and New Smyrna beach too. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness of every detail. I will give no spoiler alerts as the details were so pleasant. The beds upstairs were co cozy & the linens were too. The Views from the master of the Lake were priceless and so was the sunrise! I stayed with both my boys (15 & 18) and felt very safe in the home and area. Being from Minnesota and Georgia, we were not used to alligators in lakes so we were so nervous about being on the dock with it low to the water. But- we caught a fish and never saw any gators (trust me I looked out my window at night and in am lol) The downstairs was fun for us to play pool and view the lake as well. It was just us 3 so we didn't use the 2 bedrooms and kitchen or bathroom downstairs. I would love to see the bedrooms downstairs with either new LVT or newer carpet. We Loved our stay!! book

Was very clean and convenient for us we love to fish and the location was across from the boat ramp along with restaurants within walking distance will definitely go back

Great spot for a visit to central FL. We did one day at Universal and spent the rest of our time enjoying the nearby springs. Evenings were spent enjoying the back patio at the house.

This place was simply regal! Christopher was fast to respond. Thanks for the muffins, juice and creamer. That was the icing on the cake. Everything was beautiful and so was Harold ( co- host). Hope ti visit again soon. Glissa

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

I enjoyed my stay. everything was in walking distance. loved walking down to the lake and on path. very relaxing.

We will be back in April, the camp was so clean and well maintained.

Beautiful!! When we had a problem with A/C unit not working it was handled within a reasonable time and fixed. Place was great and would definitely stay again!

The place looked just like the photos! I loved the location, and the host was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and private stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

The decor is super beautiful, the view gorgeous, and the apartment super clean. I highly recommend it. Perfect for spending a relaxing day with your partner and letting go of stress.

Angelina was a great host! Very responsive and was prompt when needing to fix a WiFi issue. House as pictured, and stocked with extra towels, blankets, kitchen items. Enjoyed the beautiful lake and surroundings. Very close (5 min) to Boombah Sports complex.

Bob was a great host very communicative very easy going. Place is very simple and clean , great location. 10/10 experience

Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Everyone is welcome here. Met some very interesting people and wildlife. Kennedy is a talented and gracious host. Great time meeting new people. Totally recommend for any open minded people and even some “not so open minded” folks as well.

This was a perfect spot for our dance competition and fit everyone comfortably!

We stayed at Missy's for a week while home visiting family. As someone who grew up in Florida 20 years ago, Missy's place reminds me of why I love Florida so much. The bungalow had a lot of charm and character, and was simple in the best possible way. An ode to old Florida (the real Florida), it felt a million miles away from all of the concrete overdevelopment. Our mornings were peaceful, spent out on the private dock and our evenings were quiet, spent cozied up on the comfortable couches. During the day we worked in the Florida Room while listening to records. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved having access to a BBQ as well. We slept in the blue room, and the bed was like a cloud! My sister visited with her two kids and dog and they loved swimming at the lake beach across the street. The yard is huge, completely fenced in and perfect for dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the noise and enjoy some down time in a serene setting.

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

Kim's house is absolutely perfect. In a great position, walkable into town and down to the Lake. It's quiet at night and the beds are super comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything that you could need and our request for a grill to BBQ was provided with charcoal too. Communication with Kim was easy and she is quick to return messages. We are back in Florida in August and hope that we are able to stay at her place again.We would not hesitate to recommend.
