Terisa's home is lovely and impeccably maintained. The yard provides a peaceful and soothing atmosphere! Our pup enjoyed as well.

I went with my wife and cousins for Daytona bike week. Having access to the garage was awesome. Super easy to find and only 20 minutes to Daytona and cabbage patch. Neighborhood was quiet. Really good experience.

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

Fantastic stay at Casa Feliz!! Quiet peaceful place to chill with great outdoor spaces. Pool was a godsend and heater worked as it should. Lovely walk 5 minutes away Kewanee park. We would recommend this property.

Love the host and the place, the area was the problem, the neighbor started yelling at us for talking in the backyard we weren’t loud at all. It was a Friday! A lil after 10pm, but the place was great!

Had a really great stay here. Close to everything. Beautiful resort. Lots to do and the staff was always friendly. The bed was comfy, which is very important to me, and although outside was very noisy from bike week you would never know it from the room. In walking distance to almost anything you would need. We will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Louise's place was clean and quiet. Enjoyed my time outside on the patio and beach.

Just as shown in the photos, great location within walking distance for event at Ocean Arena, shopping and restaurants. Loved the view and beach access. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay with Chrissy very much. Everything was as stated in the ad. Chrissy is very friendly and very responsive. She accommodates every wish possible. It was our best AirBnb stay ever. If you want to experience Sanford and Central Florida, stay with Chrissy!

It was a very nice stay, out of the ordinary for Orlando. Very big house, they should allowed more ppl to stay to make your moneys worth. Watch out for bugs!! Paul, the property manager was very accommodating and helpful when needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨

This place was absolutely beautiful and spotless! From the moment I arrived, I could tell it was even better than the photos. The listing truly doesn't do it justice-especially the backyard, which is stunning in person. It's the perfect spot to relax, and the whole vibe of the home exceeded my expectations. Todd’s place was perfect for our visit to see family in the area. Everyone came over and fished, then grilled our catch of the day. The home is clean, comfortable and close to everything, 5 minutes to two grocery stores, lots of restaurants and 40 minutes to the theme parks. Todd is helpful and friendly and we look forward to our next stay!
