The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Located blocks from Canal Street, you'll find an excellent assortment of restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive/bike ride to the beach, making us the perfect spot for your getaway.

This funky private apartment is located in a cluster of historic homes less than 2 miles from the beach. With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art. Our Beachy Bungalow is exactly what is needed to complete the perfect relaxing getaway for 2. Enjoy a morning walk/run, fun day in the Ocean or an evening stroll, the beaches of New Smyrna are only 1 block away. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and Flagler Avenue, that hosts unique Boutiques, Gallery's and Eatery's, is only a quick 2 miles North. Boating, fishing, surfing, canoeing, paddle boarding or just relaxing...there is something for everyone.

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!
