It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

We are situated 3 miles from Holt and approximately 8 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. The Tin Train is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a tranquil break for one.

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
