Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

It is as close as you can get to the National Parks, while still staying in town close to the best restaurants. Carlsbad Caverns is only a 25-min drive and Guadalupe Mountain is only 40 min away. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
