Brian proved to be an exceptionally helpful, friendly, and reliable host throughout our stay. Whenever I had any questions or encountered issues, he was always readily available to assist. His recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and souvenir shopping were invaluable, enhancing our overall experience. Despite the inconvenience of government roadwork during our visit, Brian went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering an additional room to me for the spare option. His warmth and hospitality made my time in Hanoi truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free travel experience.

This is an amazing location. The air is much fresher here near the spacious green park. The view from the balcony is lovely and tranquil. Billy's mom and dad will go above and beyond to ensure that you are well cared for. There is everything that you could possibly need. Soaps, shampoo, dish soap, laundry room with detergent, rooftop area for drying clothes. There are two sets of linens, so that you always have a set for the bed/bath while the other dries from washing. There are lots/frying pans, portable electric stovetop, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishware, & utensils. The refrigerator is in excellent condition. There's a fan and a multiple function air conditioner (cool, dehydration, heat). Whenever I have a "traveler's challenge" Billy's parents are very quick to help sort things out from SIM cards, to receipt of shipments from home, to just a delightful home cooked meal to cheer you up. Considering the current global crisis, covid-19, Billy's parents provided me with masks and keep me updated about government announcements. They have even been good sports about helping me make videos for my YouTube channel. Billy's dad drove us to a shopping mall and filmed the check-in process (temperature checks) to enter the mall/stores. Billy's mom has let me film clips of her delicious food (with room service!!) and I'm looking forward to filming her in the kitchen. They've been outstanding in making me feel welcome and safe. Instead of returning to the USA, I've decided to finish my tourist visa. Vietnam is one of the safest places to be. I'm grateful to have already arrived in country and truly appreciate being here at Kiwihomevn.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Hanoi's charming Old Quarter. The hosts were outstanding—truly helpful and attentive. We were thrilled that the apartment was serviced every three days during our stay, which made things even more comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see spots, enhancing our experience. The apartment itself was spacious enough for four people, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with this host. It was simply outstanding!

Quyên was the most lovely and helpful host. She helped us book a trip to Ninh Binh and also does halong bay bookings. She recommended loads of great food spots and was always so quick to respond to any messages. She also does airport pick up and drop off! Such a lovely woman and lovely family , would definitely stay again if we came back and I suggest you do to!

Tolle Lage, die etwas ruhiger ist als in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr zentral! Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich war alles perfekt, da ich es sowohl zentral hatte, als auch mal etwas ruhiger und in einem Gebiet mit mehr Einheimischen. Super und jederzeit wieder!

Great views! Walkable to cafes, Old Quarter and more. Charming older condo. Super hot water for shower! One item to pay attention when using the washing machine. It is physically outside the condo. Even with the key you CANNOT let yourself back inside! The door must be propped open or you will be locked outside the condo. Ask me how I know (smiley). Thankfully Van sent someone within 15 minutes to let me back inside the condo. This should be addressed so others are not inconvenienced.

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

Quynh's home was perfect, there are 2 bathrooms, great decor, and there's a lot of space! Getting the key into the door lock does take a bit of skill, it took me a couple tries to get the hang of it

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

Phung ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Lage top. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Thanks Nam and Dan for all your advice and for a wonderful stay. We loved being in a local building in the middle of everything and yet finding such peace and quiet inside.

일단 호스트의 피드백이 엄청 빠름 질문하면 거의 챗봇처럼 답이 바로바로 옴. 또한 한건물을 통째로 써서 뭔가 호텔 전세내서 쓰는 느낌이 듦! 그리고 내부 또한 굉장히 청결하고 무엇보다 수질이 굉장히 깨끗했음(필터 샤워기로 2일 썼는데 새하얌) 하노이 중심부와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그렇기 때문에 오히려 조용해서 좋았구 그랩으로도 올드쿼터까지 약 20분 이온몰은 7~8분 정도 걸려서 전혀 문제가 없었음! (아 그랩 주소 찍을때 2 Lane 318/80 Ngoc Tri Thach Long Bien 이 주소 찍으시면 집 바로 앞에서 내려줍니다!) 다음번 하노이 방문시에도 재방문 예정임! 적극 추천 추천 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Ms. Hà is a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting. Thanks again, Ms. Hà!

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

We had a great stay at Kevin’s place - the location was excellent for exploring Hanoi by foot, and Kevin was super responsive and very helpful (he booked us a taxi from the airport and arranged for us to leave our luggage nearby when we checked out early). Would really recommend this Airbnb as a base for staying in Hanoi ☺️

Lovely old style apartment done up to modern standards. The place is in an alley just off one of the main roads which means you get sleaze and quiet when you need to sleep. Host was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. You have an import’s market within 2 mins walk for anything you need. For the main old quarter streets it’s around a 10-15 minute walk but you pass plenty of interesting shops and cafes to distract you on the way.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Words will fall short to describe our stay at Diep’s place. I mean, it’s just such a pretty pretty apartment, maintained so well, and the decor is so soothing. Felt right at home. From check-in to staying, it’s just felt the perfect stay to end our stay in the beautiful city of Hanoi. I’m so happy that I got lucky and I found it at last moment. Will definitely book in advance next time I come here. Most most most highly recommended 🫰🏼

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .
