Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

St Michael's Hall, City Centre

St Michael's Hall is a unique, newly renovated church hall in the heart of the historic city centre. A stone's throw from the Cathedral, College, buzzy high street and water meadows, it's the perfect base to explore everything Winchester and the surrounding area has to offer. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

It has a beautiful wood fired hot tub .Every aspect of the property is finished to the highest standard. Oak finish throughout with raw natural beams flowing through the property to really give it that warm country feel. Close to all the wonderful local amenities such as the beautiful market town of romsey only a 5 minute drive! Also the beautiful historic city of Winchester.

Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

Ideal for contractor/business stays as well as families, couples and friends. Walk to the local shops and take a stroll to the beautiful Hiltingbury Lakes and local nature reserve.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
