Great place, and responded quickly.

Our stay went perfect although there was a power outage during our last night which lasted for a couple of hours only. We are really grateful for such a clean and well ventilated stay. The host and the person in charge in the Airbnb were very approachable too. Will prolly book again if we decide to go back to Maasin.

Elena’s place has very nice pool with great view of the ocean. It’s on the mangrove side I think on the island not sandy beach that I can tell. If I am staying in that area I would stay there again. Elena is pleasant to chat with. She also has scooter available to rent for 400 pesos like all around the island.

Allan’s place is basically a hotel room so it has the usual amenities like towels, toiletries, TV, safety deposit box, tub, hairdryer and a mini fridge but what makes it remarkable is the breathtaking view of the sea! There’s a little balcony where you can soak up the view and just relax. Will definitely book this another time to fully enjoy the rest of the hotel’s facilities like the gym and the pool. It’s at the tip of Punta Engaño so it’s pretty isolated from the commercial spots but we had a car so it was no problem going around. Allan responds quickly and is very warm and hospitable. A topnotch host I would highly recommend!

Great stay. Beautiful grounds. A/C was sufficient, could have worked better and blown colder air but it was fine. The pool wasn’t the cleanest but fine as well. Access to the ocean. Really good restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and the pizza was pretty respectable. We enjoyed our stay. Nice little escape from Cebu

The place was great. It was clean and the aircons worked great. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach, we paid an extra 800 pesos per person to be able to use the amenities (beach/pool)

Definitely value for money! Whenever I think of Cebu, this place always comes to mind. The beach is just a short walk away, and all the staff, including the owner, are very helpful. Thanks a lot!

I stayed here for 1 week. It is 1 room of the Resort Beach hotel. It was very affordable compared to a normal hotel room. I also benefited from the hotel's facilities. The host Yvette helped me with early check-in and late check-out for the room.

Beautiful ocean view, cool place! Vilma was great at helping us/checking in/out. Road is just next to the cottage, good for easy travels to the north or south, traffic is a bit loud though as big trucks also pass by, but this place is lovely❤️

Very affordable for a beach front property and near enough to the Allen ferry port to make it convenient. It’s Pet friendly as well so we were allowed to stay there with our dog during our travels from Siargao to Manila. The car parking is on the local village road a 2 minute walk to the entrance of the property, so we felt a bit uncomfortable leaving all our packed stuff in the car Overnight. But there was no issue. ☺️ The bathroom is very small and just had a cold water hose for a shower, and the sink tap didn’t work during our overnight stay. But it was clean enough and functional enough. Aircon worked well. The beach looked very beautiful in the morning even on a rainy day. And the hosts were very responsive to help us check in late with the help of their caretaker Ronnel. We think this place is worth the affordable price.

We stayed at a beautiful villa within the Casa Verde Cliff Resort property and our stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff at the resort are all wonderful- they paid attention, very friendly and made sure our needs are well taken cared of. This listing is highly recommended and we would definitely love to be back again.
