Tiny house - Guesthouse

Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

An open bedroom on the main floor has 2 twin beds, and there is a private bedroom upstairs that has a king bed. Our place is walking distance to historic downtown, park, and local shops and restaurants. Just walk down the path from the entry gate next to the large house and use your keyless entry code for easy access.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Beautiful, one bedroom carriage house upstairs apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood in downtown Nampa. Very close to NNU, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment has a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kids and dogs safe. Sorry, no cats. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, sleeps 6. Attached one car garage! DIY waffle station! Omma’s Loft

Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway.
