It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. La casa, è situata in una zona residenziale e centrale di Venezia, in una corte molto tranquilla, lontano dall'intenso traffico turistico. Sarete immersi nell'atmosfera Veneziana! L'approdo, letteralmente a due passi dal portone d'ingresso, renderà facilissimo arrivare all'appartamento, da qualsiasi direzione, con il water taxi. Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale.

Villa Myllyssä majoitut rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä ympäristössä. Vuonna 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee Näsijärven Paarlahdessa, vain 30 min ajomatkan päässä Tampereen keskustasta. Kohteeseen pääsee myös bussilla. Huvilassa kaikki nykypäivän mukavuudet, kuten sisävessa ja suihku. Majoittumaan mahtuu 4 aikuista ja yksi lapsi. Rantasauna on käytössä lisämaksusta (25€). Palju (joka on myös lisämaksullinen 25€) on käytössä kesäaikaan (1.5-30.9).

La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.
