Coco Lodge at Burnt Barns Farm offers an idyllic place to stay, located in a secluded spot on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from a spring-fed lake for wild swimming, private, wood fired hot tub and wood-fired sauna ( the sauna is an additional booking from £30. All year round. With its own private garden, you have uninterrupted views of open pasture and distant views to the South Downs. There's a firepit with plenty of logs and a gas bbq for convenience. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.
