There are heath and woodland walks, RSPB Minsmere and a great village pub a short walk from the hut. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy bed, the wood burning stove, the dark night sky and the views across the meadow. Fen Lodge is suitable for couples and solo adventurers. Henham Barns wedding venue 3 miles away and Thorington outside theatre within walking distance, nature reserve and marsh a 2 minute walk, ideal for wildlife and bird watching. Two pubs nearby. Within the catchment area for Sizewell - 20 minutes by car.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

The Wash House Studio is secluded in the heart of Orford close to the local shops and restaurants and Pump Street Bakery. We also have off street parking. It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! Our breakfast is with local products - bread, our garden fruit, pastries, juice, yoghurt and preserves plus coffee and tea. This is delivered to your door.

The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

Charming cottage in idyllic setting

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
