There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Pocklington is approx 3 miles away and is the nearest market town for shops. Ideal location if your ready to turn off your phone, put your feet up, and chill with nature. The Caravan can also be used with Tadpole for family reunions, Birthdays or just fiends getting together.
