A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

Come and enjoy this 1-bed unit. A cozy and bright bedroom with a comfy Queen bed. The living room consists a dedicated dining area and a relaxing area with sofa and TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Separate entrance, complete privacy, Easy check in and out! two car parking at the front of the house, quiet cul-de-sac street, one block away from De-Anza high school, church...,

This apartment is two blocks from the El Cerrito Del Norte Bart Station. From there a trip to Berkeley is 10 Minutes, Oakland is 15 min. and San Francisco is just 20 minutes away. You have your own Bathroom, TV, and full private kitchen with dishes and and pans. Just a block away is Grocery Outlet and Planet Fitness Many great places to eat! Thai, Mexican, Hamburgers, etc. Within 1-2 blocks. You’ll love this place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the ambiance.

Private entrance, fast internet, dedicated work station, 50” TV, 1 queen sofabed, microwave, mini-fridge, shared laundry, easy street parking. Walk/bike to eclectic eateries, recreation. BART to Cal, SF. Drive to nature, tourist destinations. Max 2 guests. Please be fully aware that the loud BART train & other urban noises may not be a good fit. Low ceiling height as well.

It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. Rustic Cottage *****Hiking & Biking

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
