Welcome to our happy place. Memories and dreams are made here..... We are situated on the edge of the Tattershall Lakes Country Park and away from the road on a quiet cul Dr sac. A little Riverbank runs along the back of our holiday home, you can follow it into the villages of Tattershall and Coningsby, taking in the magnificent Tattershall Castle on the way. We have 2 bedrooms. A kingsized bed with small ensuite and a twin single bedroom or can be made as a double bed. We also have a sofa bed and of course our wonderful Hot Tub/ Spa. We're fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing, memorable stay. Beds are made for your arrival and tea/coffee or wine/beer will be waiting for you.....

Wragby is the local village with take aways and local pubs. A small co-op for any food shopping. Check-In is anytime after 2pm. Check-out is anytime before 11am.

Oak Leaf Mews Apartment - bright, airy and private

Located six miles from the centre of Lincoln, Oak Leaf Mews offers unique private accommodation, electric gate access and a private garden area. A bus stop is situated 100 metres away, whilst the supermarket and choice of pubs and eateries are just a few minutes walk. Guests can request a superking or two single beds. This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.

Detached and self-contained, this cosy, one bedroom annex in a semi-rural setting is a great coastal base for exploring Norfolk’s beaches, nature reserves, stately homes and seaside towns. Well-equipped kitchen, easy parking, smart tv, kingsize bed and faux leather sofa bed, bathroom plus separate walk-in shower room and fully-enclosed outside space. Woodland and countryside walks nearby. Sandringham, beaches, golf, local amenities, takeaways, pubs, restaurants and RSPB just a short drive.

Glebe Acre Cottage

Unwind at our peaceful cottage, tucked away in a quiet Lincolnshire village. With easy access to the A1 just 3-4 minutes away leading to Grantham, Stamford to the South and Newark and York to the North. The village of Long Bennington (4 mins by car or 20 mins by foot over country paths - difficult in the dark / can be muddy) offers 3 pubs with food, 2 takeaways, a coop store, and cafe, with beautiful walks along the river Witham from the doorstep, a real retreat from the busy and hectic.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

We want to share with you a piece of Lincolnshires best kept secret. With it’s stunning skies, beautiful riverside walks, and the charming village of Woodhall Spa a 5 minute drive away, our barn offers you a peaceful haven away from the stresses of everyday life. The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.
