The home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We are 1 mile from the Boat House, 2 miles from the Jordan Valley Barn and 17 minutes from Castle Farms wedding venues. Boyne Mountain is an easy 20 minute (13 mile) drive. Fun downhill and cross-country skiing! We are also within walking distance of dining, boating and summer concerts Boyne City and Charlevoix are short scenic drives We are close to hiking/mountain biking trails, golfing, snowmobile trails and kayaking. Pets are not allowed.

Goodman Cottage | Close to ski & winter activities

This historic cottage across the street from Lake Charlevoix was once a hardware store now turned into a cottage. Located within the small snowmobile friendly town of East Jordan. Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Vintage bowling alley, coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a very newly renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do :)

Private Hot Tub Northern Tiny Home Retreat

Get cozy and settle into this rustic yet refined space. This is a brand new, finished in June 2023 tiny home, on the same property as our personal home. It has all the comforts of a full size home, including, radiant heated floors, A/C, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, two burner gas stove and a full size fridge. There is a private fenced in outdoor courtyard, with private hot tub, fire place and propane grill. As well as its own driveway with plenty of room too park a boat if you'd like.

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Lake Street Retreat

This is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath. Located in beautiful East Jordan. East Jordan Tourist Park Public Beach access is 8/10th of a mile. Jordan River Nature trail is .2/10th of a mile away. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.

Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

Enjoy the coziness of a bygone era while staying in this 1940s quaint, storybook log cabin. The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Sommer's Retreat is a year round northwoods cabin nestled in the pines and surrounded by a 300 acre nature preserve. Our location is a short distance from the Jordan River Valley and within 20 minutes of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan, Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain Resorts, Glacial Hills, orchards and farm markets. The cabin is a spacious two story retreat that will sleep 6 in two bedrooms and a loft. Guests have access to cabin wifi.
