The center of town which has lots of shops & restaurants is just a few minutes away... you could even walk it! The train station is 1 mile away & a Brewery is around the corner! New haven is only 10 minutes! You can't beat the location... or the house! We have a single & dbl kayak. ALSO ONLY 30 min from skiing!

The cottage offers a large open floor plan, wood burning fireplace, all the space & coziness you need! Perfect place to relax but close enough to go out and experience all things New England has to offer. Explore Long Island Sound, on kayaks or biking, both provided, take walks or jog along the beautiful scenic area. Walking distance to 2 great restaurants.

Picturesque waterfront cottage located in the Pawson Park district of Branford, Connecticut. The house is 2400 sqft on .38 acres overlooking the Branford harbor & Long Island sound. During the summer you will have access to a private dock that is a quick boat ride away from the Thimble Island. The house is located close to restaurants, bars and a walking trail. You will also have access to a private neighborhood beach for swimming. Rental includes access to Owenego Beach Club. Pet fee $300
