Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Barn ,a private delightful studio,in the woods

Modern , freshly decorated with comfy king size bed and en suite shower room . Tv with 45 inch screen . Well equipped kitchen with all normal amenities . Situated in the South Downs National Park , half a mile walk from the historic town of Midhurst , with it’s independent shops and restaurants . Known for it’s Cowdray Park Polo and stunning Castle ruins . Ideally situated 9 miles from the Goodwood estate , with motor racing and race course . 10 miles from Chichester and the Festival Theatre

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Kate’s cottage

Located in one of the most beautiful counties in the UK you are surrounded by wonderful countryside. You're free to roam amongst our menagerie of super friendly pet hens, ducks, pigs and our Highland calves. In addition we have our extensive collection of historic vehicles from the Iron Curtain Museum. Woodland walks are close by. Alton Town is just a mile away. Dogs are very welcome but need to be on the lead on the farm. Our two dogs, Mary and Joseph are kept in our private area.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Situated in the picturesque Meon Valley, within the South Downs National Park, Garden Cottage is just a minute’s walk to the chalk stream, River Meon and access to the Meon Trail (the dis-used Railway Line) - perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding. Centrally located for exploring the cities of Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton or Chichester.

Situated 1 mile from the market town of Petersfield. Country walks on the doorstep and 500m from the local pub. Only 20 mins drive to the beach its a great spot for a break.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
