Escape to Casita at East Beach!

Casita Orilla del Mar is a wonderful retreat one block from Santa Barbara's East Beach. The open-plan is spacious and very comfortable. The bungalow sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout double bed in the living room. French doors off of the Livingroom open to an inviting, completely private patio, built-in spa, outdoor shower, Tranquility fountain and outdoor dining with built-in barbeque. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with in unit washer and dryer.

We look forward to hosting you in our clean, calm & private 2Br/2Ba just a couple minute walk to Butterfly Beach or the shops & restaurants of Coast Village Rd. For those traveling with kiddos we have a pack & play, high chair as well as kiddo plates & utensils. There is also an assortment of toys, coloring supplies & games for you & the little ones to enjoy. There's also a wagon, chairs & towels for your beach adventures. We look forward to hosting a memorable stay in Montecito.

BRAND new construction. Life's easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with great access to all the fun Lower State Street has to offer. This house has a walk score of 98, which I think means that all the fun that Santa Barbara has to offer is within walking distance - with all it's restaurants, bars, cafes, art studios, shopping, the beach etc. etc. Park your car when you arrive and don't worry about driving until you leave...
