Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Great stay in a lovely neighborhood in Delhi - we loved being walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Parvinder was easy to communicate with and so helpful. The apartment has a great view, was clean, stylish and spacious. The filtered water tanks were an appreciated and thoughtful touch. AC worked great in the summer and the bed was comfortable! Couldn’t ask for more.

Our two-night stay in Lucknow was exceptional! The listing was spotless, beautifully lit, and thoughtfully designed. Rahul was an attentive host, ensuring our comfort with a cozy bed, great AC, and well-maintained amenities. The location was ideal—right across from Madhurima Restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious dinners, especially the rabri rasmalai. Neelkanth Restaurant was just 500m away, and a vibrant street market only 1km from the stay. With easy access to key spots, whether by personal or rented vehicle, this stay was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

She's a wonderful host, proactive and very helpful. We did enjoy our trip by staying at her place. She was always there to help us if anything needed. I would highly recommend it. Next time if I'll go to Pune, I'll surely book it again.

I had booked this apartment for my parents and grandparents and they had a lovely stay. The location was great and the host was very responsive. Overall had a wonderful stay. Would definitely love to come back again.

Surprise, surprise - We booked it again, even when the price was increased :) So , have the opportunity to have a second opinion: This is not a regular Airbnb stay - it is actually more like a home stay. It is clean, quiet and spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with toilets) new apartment. Everything is nearby: convenient shops are near the entrance, bank and ATM is 3 minutes away, even a quality Dong Hair Salon is 2 minutes away. The time there goes fast, so better book quickly and for few weeks. There is a small bonus - a drinking water (triple filtered) tap :) This is an absolute gem, not only in Haiphong, but compared to many other stays. It may also turn you into a returning customer ! Looking forward for my third stay :)

Shantanu has a very homely place, his caretaker Mr Roshan is also very polite, helpful while being unobtrusive. So here's the basic necessities lowdown - 1. Ordering food & home-needs stuff - You can order via Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato - so almost all aggregators & delivery agencies work. We used ALL OF THEM. Has lift. 2. Kitchen - VERY clean & basic utensils available, including the soap to wash them with. Induction available. 3. Washing clothes - Front load washing machine rocks! Kindly arrange your own soap, as that is your own consumable. Drying is a breeze with the balcony & draw down flexible hangers. 4. Washrooms - One Western combined for the master bedroom, one Indian with separate bathroom. Post meal handwash basin available, so you wont have to use the kitchen washbasin, that is very important for Indian families who want basic separation due to ritual purity needs. 5. Cooling - AC, 1 Ton, available in both rooms, Fridge in Kitchen is very well maintained.

From the moment we booked, he was attentive, responsive and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect.The space was exactly as described, clean and comfortable and we loved the beautiful view. I had a nice stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The host was great, she communicated well and was very helpful, especially when I misplaced some of my belongings. I really appreciated her support. Overall, a pleasant and budget-friendly stay!

Apartment was great, big enough with two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a main living room and kitchen, and a nice balcony looking onto the mountains. The decor was also nice and gave it a homey feel. We were within about a 15-20 minute easy walk to the Chiang Mai night bazaar. Pool at the top floor was huge, unique, and provided an even better view than our balcony. The only less than ideal thing was currently the elevators are not working, so everyone must use the one service elevator, so patience getting the elevator and to your floor was a must.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really made the experience stand out was the host, Gaurav. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. From check-in to check-out, he was always available and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here – great hospitality and a wonderful overall experience. Would definitely come back again!
