The Meditators'House is a space for meditators and creative artists seeking inner peace. Nestled within a beautiful camellia forest in a UNESCO World Heritage Village, it offers fresh air, pristine waters. Wake up to the sounds of birdsong, wind, and rain, and gaze at the countless stars in the night sky. Only one group per day has exclusive access to the garden and residence. We hope all who visit will find a place to rest their bodies and minds, and find inner peace and tranquility.

A beautiful house families and groups of friends

This is a beautiful one-story house located in the center of Shari Town, right next to Shiretoko Shari Station. There are two Western-style rooms and one Japanese-style room. It is equipped with a washer/dryer, an air conditioner with sterilization function, and a hypochlorous acid sterilizer. We have also set up a working space, so it is an environment where you can stay for a long time while working. In August 2024, we installed air conditioners in the bedrooms!

「Tabitabi Taishi」 remodeled from a traditional Japanese-style [Machiya]. It is designed with a lot of hand-dyed Japanese style Tang paper, wallpapers made of tin and gold foils, and other traditional Japanese crafts and elements.
