Excellent séjour chez Maud: accueil sympathique, arrivée flexible, Maud est très réactive. Le logement est très bien situé face à la mer avec un accès direct à la plage, les restaurants sont à 15 min à pied par la plage. Nous avons beaucoup aimé et je recommande vivement.

This rental home is probably one of the most unique that we have ever experienced. Incredible natural beauty, gorgeous views, refreshing outdoor bathrooms, etc. Felt like we are in nature while having the luxuries of civilization. Truly a memorable stay. Dave and his crew are helpful and accommodating. If we ever get out to Tofo again, we would love to stay here for an even longer duration.

My friend and I celebrated a birthday here and stayed for five nights. It took us a little time to adjust, but once we did, we had an amazing and high-quality stay. The Popo house was perfect spacious, well-equipped, and featuring a big pool and a fully functional kitchen that we made great use of. Popo House is located on the sunrise side, allowing us to wake up early and enjoy breathtaking sunrises. Every morning, we could walk down and watch the local people working on their seaweed plantations, which was a unique and fascinating experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the two incredible dogs, Millie and Poppy. They took care of us throughout our visit, providing both companionship and security. At night, they would bark if they sensed unfamiliar people, yet they were so well-trained never entering the house uninvited or stealing food. They were truly polite and loving, and saying goodbye to them was the hardest part. Overall, we absolutely loved this place. It’s perfect!

Ce séjour chez JLouis et sa famille a été parfait, nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôte qui a à cœur de faciliter les attentes de ses voyageurs, et même au-delà ! Il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport malgré l'heure tardive (+ retour en fin de séjour) et à prévu notre petit-déjeuner du 1er matin. Il nous a conseillé dans nos découvertes et nous a même conduit à travers de petits sentiers cachés que seuls les rodriguais empruntent pour des points de vue majestueux ou historiques. Il nous a fait apprécier chaque jour les fruits de son jardin, cet homme aime vraiment partager et faire plaisir. Nous reviendrons chez lui, c'est certain !

His description does not really do it justice! It is far bigger than you will expect and easily accommodate 6 without issues. Best thing though, was Abdillah himself. Friendly, helpful and a great tour guide around the village of Shela. This has been his home his entire life and it shows. I would recommend anyone wanting a relaxing yet exciting vacation, long or short, to visit Shela and stay in his place. We will be returning next year with our children! We loved our stay in the penthouse accomodation. Everything was exactly as described- clean, comfortable and stylish. My two kids loved having the king size beds downstairs to themselves with their own bathrooms. The main balcony area was a great place to cook and eat food in the evenings and the splash pool was lovely for cooling down in the morning sun and watching the colourful birds darting from tree to tree.The beach was literally just across the road so access could not have been easier. Ron and Amit were quick to respond to any queries we had and kept us informed with anything we needed to know. We would definitely visit again if we get the opportunity.

Perfect location on the beach and walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island. John is an incredible host - responsive and super helpful always!

We spent a great holiday in the ground floor Black reef apartment. The apartment is huge & well equipped. Kitchen includes all stuff you need to cook, from pots & pans to microwave & cooking machine. There is a huge fridge, coffee device and all tableware you need. The bedroom is nice and big, as well as bathroom that includes shower & bath tube. Everything is clean and very well preserved, exactly like in the photos. The terrace is opening to the sea and beach, that is very clean, too. There is a heated pool in the garden that is shared with tenants of the other two floors. The beach is nice but rocky, you can go into the water in front of the villa, but is better to use one of the very nice public beaches that are in walking distance. There is a supermarket where you can find almost everything & a very nice beach club (Le Plage) in 10 minutes walking distance and few restaurants closer. Communication was easy with both owner and local responsible person. Everything was perfect & top!

Let me say the place is beautifully situated on the beach with a excellent view. The house felt like a luxury beach hut with beautiful infinity pool. We enjoyed the bar and the bbq area. The additional pool house was perfect for my adult child to be close but separate. We saw so many beautiful little creatures and plant species it was amazing. Our daughter enjoyed the pool almost every morning and built sand castles on the beach. The kitchen and bar were completely equipped and having a water dispenser was great felt like home! Corrine and Brenda were great friendly and responsive to any issues. Thanks for the Samosas Brenda they were a delicious welcome snack to Mauritius. Loved this place and would definitely recommend. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The house was absolutely perfect, with plenty of space, modern amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me was the private swimming pool – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the private access made it so easy to enjoy the sand and surf without the crowds. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were always quick to answer any questions and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. Overall, this property is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! Would definitely return for another relaxing getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay! Sam is such a great host! He made fries for the kids, helped us carry little Isabella to the beach each day, he even cooked dinner for us one evening. It was delicious. This beach house is a hidden gem. So peaceful and calm. We felt really safe and could really enjoy some time to rest. The pool and garden is amazing and Sam takes really good care of it. Joyce was a good host. She communicated clearly and respondet to requests in good time. The apartment is nicely kept , clean, with an amazing View and in a serene environment. I would recomend a stay at Joyce’s.

A beautiful place with breathtaking garden! The ocean is right at your door step, we ended up never going to any other beaches. Kavita is amazing! She made a very detailed instructions pdf with all the nice restaurants and places to visit there, gave us numbers of taxi drivers and doctors (in case we ever need anything). The house is lovely and very stylish, I was particularly enjoying the combination of an ocean breeze and airco. So if you seat in the garden and open all doors you don't need an airco, because the breeze goes right through the house from the ocean and in the afternoon, just close the doors, switch on the airco and the house is cool! And the garden has the breeze all the time, you actually don't feel the heat at all. Kavita also took care of mosquitos, the gardener treated the garden and pool area and we could see the difference almost immediately. So we had lovely vacation! And any issues that we had were instantly addressed, Kavita was very forthcoming and kind❣️

Die Villa war leicht zu finden da sie direkt gegenüber vom Restaurant Blue Bamboo (sehr gutes Restaurant) gelegen ist. Wir wurden herzlich von Diane empfangen. Die Villa ist geräumig, bietet alles Nötige und wow was für ein Strand und Meerblick! Die sehr freundlichen Hausmädchen kamen täglich vorbei um die Villa zu reinigen. Auch der freundliche Gärtner hat sich um die Sauberkeit des Gartens und des Strandes gekümmert. Die Lage ist Super, Blue Bay öffentlicher Strand nur 700 Meter entfernt. Umgebung sehr gut zum Joggen. 2 Supermärkte jeweils nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt wo man wirklich Alles nötige einkaufen kann. Wie erwähnt ein gutes Restaurant gleich gegenüber und ein 2. nur 150 Meter weit weg wo man super Frühstücken kann und frisch gebackens Sauerteigbrot einkaufen kann (Naked Foods). Alles in Allem hatten wir einen Super Aufenthalt und können diese Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The house is absolutely beautiful, much bigger than in the pictures, very spacious, a nice outdoor eating area, a private sunbathing area just off the bedroom. The place is wonderfully decorated, so fresh and modern, ever detail has obviously been carefully thought of, right down to the aromatherapy hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (which is locally made, and smells divine). The swimming pool is very well maintained and clean with sunloungers, and lit at night allowing evening swims. The staff team are very informative and always happy to help. The large fan works a treat in the hot temperatures, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. We were welcomed by lovely home grown coconuts which was a nice treat. The large smart TV with netflix etc was great also. The place is nice are peaceful, a lovely sanctuary. The only downfall is the beach which is walking distance from the home, is not well maintained (not the responsibility of the home owner)

Logement spacieux, confortable, joliment décoré et avec une literie très agréable. Par contre le logement est effectivement situé juste à côté de la piscine et du club. Ce dernier n’est pas encore ouvert tous les jours mais les matins où ils mettaient de la musique, nous entendions tout. La piscine privative est un plus, mais il est vrai que la grand piscine à débordement du club est encore mieux. Également salle de sport non ouverte, bien dommage. Le logement a eu pour nous une très bonne localisation car nous avons adoré le Morne et avons beaucoup visité sur la partie sud de l’île. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa.

Villa Magnolia is as beautiful as it's name - we spent a very relaxing 4days there. The house is large and spacious, with beautifully furnished rooms and Zanzibari beds, and great aircon. It's position is perfect, right on the beach, but set back a bit so you still feel very private, and easy walking to several great restaurants and local tour operators and dive centre. The staff that live behind the house are very pleasant and helpful, keot the garden looking beautiful, yet were discreet when we didn't need them, and we loved their 2 dogs who were very well behaved. Aiasha and Shafiq were helpful with local recommendations, flexible with our check in and out, and organised a very reliable taxi to collect us and drive us there, that we ended up using for our next few transfers and for a very interesting Spice Farm tour. Highly recommended!

Nous sommes allés chez Brigitte pour notre voyage de noce , tout était parfait. La maison, le jardin et l emplacement sont magnifiques,un accès direct au lagon(rempli de coraux et de poissons ) et a une plage ou il y a vraiment très peu de monde, tranquilité assuré.Pour notre arrivée Brigitte nous a envoyé un taxi à l aéroport ce qui est vraiment appréciable,elle a tout fait pour qu on passe un superbe séjour,toujours disponible et pleins de bon conseil que ce soit pour un bon resto,des excursions ou des infos sur la vie locale. Smita(qui est une excellente cuisinière)et le jardinier sont tellement gentil aussi , toujours souriant et serviable. Il y a aussi un bar restaurant a 300 m le blue bamboo ou nous avons passé d excellent moment. Un centre commercial moderne a 5 min en voiture et un petit supermarché a 2 min. Nous aurions tellement a dire mais la place manque. Merci Brigitte,Smita et au jardinier pour votre accueil,votre gentillesse dans ce lieu paradisiaque,on reviendra !

What a gorgeous place. If you’re an animal lover, this is the best place to be in the Diani area. Monkeys everywhere on the veranda, in the garden, by the pool! Gorgeous birds. Starfish island nearby. Adequate snorkeling. I was initially worried because the Honeymoon Tent seemed like a better choice online, but to us, Ocean View villa has the most to offer of the properties on the compound! Lovely as a couple or for a group you know intimately (the rooms are quite porous if sharing the home). Mike was incredibly helpful and flexible, with an incredible life story. Martin our chef was warm and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely come back again. PS would recommend ordering the shopping ahead of time, can be a bit hectic to do it on the night of your arrival.

Trying to avoid being cliche and saying that this place truly is Nirvana. I think this is our absolute favorite place in the world. From the lush gardens and pool, rooftop with jacuzzi, literally on the ocean. This place is just incredible. Angad is so incredibly responsive and proactive. Fred and the team are all amazing kind people too. The bathroom with dual shower is immaculate and amazing. In all our travels no Airbnb or hotel has lived up to the standard set by Angad. The lighting in the pool and surrounding the garden at night is so beautiful and peaceful. Even though you are so close to great restaurants and the center, you feel like you are in a private Oasis.
