The neighborhood, located very close to Occidental College, has a friendly community vibe to it, with shops and restaurants just down the hill. We are 10 minutes from Dodger Stadium and can actually see fireworks performances after games. And just a 10 minutes drive from the Rose Bowl. The patio is wonderful for meals or just relaxing. The house is very comfortable and great for lounging.
