Outside, enjoy easy water access via stone steps or a paved path leading to the boathouse – replete with a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs above - and expansive private dock. Spend your days on the lake with the included kayaks and paddleboards, then linger at sunset with a glass of wine as the water glows. In winter, nearby ATV and snowmobile trails make this an ideal year-round getaway. This two bedroom can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably without feeling overcrowded. The driveway can accommodate 6 parked vehicles or up to 3 vehicles with trailers

Charming River Retreat

Escape to this cozy Northwoods river cabin in a private wooded setting. Enjoy two fire pits—one by the river and one by the cabin—plus 2 inflatable paddle boards for exploring the water. Sleeps up to 4 guests: a spacious loft king bed (6’4” ceiling, please watch your head), queen Murphy bed in the living room, or a seasonal queen room off the detached garage (3-season use only). Fully stocked kitchen + large grill/griddle combo, fish fryer in garage for outdoor meals as well! A/C and fast WIFI!

There are stairs built in the side of the hill to a narrow path (path redone in Oct 2024 - pictured). New dock in 2026. Path may be difficult to navigate/inaccessible during winter months.

Room for parking trailers, close to snowmobile/ATV trails and snowmobile/boat rentals! We supply 2 adult kayaks, 1 children’s kayak, 2 inflatable paddle boards, and life jackets. 1941 WWII Douglas DC-3 Airliner. Flown by the United States Marines for military transport services between Guam, Midway, and Pearl Harbor. Retrofit for overnight comfort with A/C, heat, bathroom, shower, kitchen with outside deck and grilling area, and campfire pit set amongst the trees alongside a private lake with dock.
