Named after the smallest of North American falcons, which nest in nearby trees, "Kestrel's Perch" was reimagined - from the bottom up - in the spirit of a comfortable mid-century hilltop retreat, emphasizing the property's spectacular views of the Valley, private setting, fully fenced yard and access to surrounding amenities of northwest Boise. The 1000 sq ft home features a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (well-suited as office), well-lit kitchen/living room and italian-tiled bathroom.

Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

About 10 minutes to the Village in Meridian, and 20 minutes to Downtown Boise. In the winter time less than an hour drive to the local ski resort, Bogus Basin. In the spring/summer time enjoy the Saturday Market, Eagle Gazebo Concert Series, Eagle Fun Days (held the weekend after the 4th of July), and many more community events!

Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.

The Jefferson Street Cottage is the sister property to 26th Street Studio. This 1940’s cottage is situated down tree lined streets a mile from the Boise Capital building. Enjoy peace and quiet in this two bed, one bath historic home. The master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed while the second room has a full. The full sized kitchen allows you to stay in and cook if you desire or take a short walk to many local restaurants.

Our home is located less than one mile from downtown Eagle, with all it's great local dining and quaint boutique shopping options. Also within walking distance and not to be missed is Heritage Park where vendors and musicians set up for the popular Eagle Saturday Market during the months of May thru October.
