An exceptional Airbnb with a top-tier host! 🤗 Flora communicates very well and is one of the friendliest hosts I've ever met 🌸 The Airbnb is modern, comfortable, and at a great location. It's just a five minute or less walk to the beach and there's a bus stop about one minute away that takes you directly to the center of Durres (40 lek). The Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable, and there's a Big Market and Spar down the road. Without a doubt, it's my favorite Airbnb stay! 😄 *For any vegans/vegetarians, Rossman is a life saver!*

Staying in this perfectly located apartment was a real pleasure. We will come back again.

The apartment is located in a residential area. The seesaw is very close to the house, the view is amazing and the host is a great person , with great communication and very responsive.

Stayed here for just over one month, and I must say the surroundings were amazing for me, as there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance and they were very cheap on the US dollar that I went out to eat nearly every meal. A wonderful beach view from the office area, always great to see that while working. The apartment is very cozy and Eris provided all the amenities needed such as blankets and basic toiletries (toilet paper and body/hair soap) and of course good wifi. Eris was also a great host, extremely responsive and always friendly and willing to share his recommendations of the surrounding area, and he even recommend me this amazing Burger Food Truck called "Orex"!

We had a wonderful stay in Durres. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

A perfect apartment. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfortable furniture and large bed. The pull-out couch bed is a nice addition. Just steps from the water and the beach-front walking/bike path. Ernest is an ideal host. Excellent communication, very kind and helpful. Ideal for remote work as well.

Well, talking about communication with Irva was friendly and she always responds immediately, and when I renewed the stay she sent new sheets towels bedding super clean and smelly, the apartment is more beautiful in person than the photographs show, I was sincerely surprised, and the bed is so soft and the sheets so smelly what I really prevail is to have a good night’s sleep ... place of peace and good energy, privacy. Right at the exit there is the Gym in front I love training .. restaurants banks and taxi all on the same street of the apartment.. VERY TOP. I hope to come back soon. Thank you Irva

Lors de notre second psssage a Durrës centre, il nous a semblé évident de piocher dans le catalogue de Mr Seashell, tant la premiere expérience a été satisfaisante. L'appartement est situé en plein centre, mais a l'écart du bruit de l'artere principale distante de 50m environ. A l'interieur (Check-in facile avec la boite a clés) nous avons pu trouver tout le confort pour un long séjour, (Fast WIFI, cuisine complète, Balcon avec une vue mer, Clim Reversible, ventilateur plafonnier, lave-linge...) et les commerces (nombreux) alentours permettent de se ravitailler a n'importe quelle heure du jour (et de la nuit si necessaire, beaucoup de Petits commerces ouverts 24/7). Les riverains et habitants de l'immeuble sont tres sympas au demeurant. Nous sommes restés 4 semaines en tout, et nous reviendrons certainement! Merci Encore!

Logement neuf bien placé dans une rue animée de Durres Le bruit de la rue ne se fait pas ressentir dans l’appartement Kristi répond très rapidement à toutes les questions et envoie une vidéo pour expliquer l’emplacement de l’appartement Il n’y a pas de parking mais des places sont toujours disponibles dans la rue derrière côté plage Encore merci

Sehr moderne, neue Wohnung mit bequemen Betten und jede menge Stauraum. Die Waschmaschine ist praktisch und auf dem Balkon konnten wir alles trocknen. Die Lage ist zentral und praktisch. Das Highlight war der Kontakt mit Christian, der uns viele Tips und Empfehlungen für die Gegend gab.

L'appartement est fidèle aux photos. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, à 5 min à pied de la mer et proche de tous commerces. Il est très lumineux grâce aux baies vitrées et nous offre un magnifique coucher de soleil tous les soirs. L'appartement est vraiment très esthétique et idéal pour un séjour en amoureux. Les hôtes sont réactifs à la moindre question et de bons conseils pour donner des exemples de lieux à visiter, d'activités à faire etc. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

I stayed at the apartment for five weeks. It’s an extremely comfortable place to be and the host is responsive to any specific needs that arise. I had an amazing stay at this 2+1 apartment in Lalzi Bay. The fully furnished space is modern and immaculate, with a large veranda that’s perfect for relaxing and taking in the fresh air. The location is peaceful yet close to the beach and local amenities. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations—I highly recommend it and would love to stay again!

Gorgeous room just like the photographs, great location with restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. The hot tub and the view were the highlight. Lots of extra amenities included for a very comfortable stay. Owner was super helpful and easy to contact, thank you!
