The Studio is in the perfect location for visiting the beautiful city of Durham. Located just a few minutes walk from the railway station, the bus station and the restaurants, shops and bars of the city centre. You will have your own entrances front and rear. Inside you'll find a comfy king size bed, en-suite shower and toilet and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities; toaster; toasted sandwich maker and a portable dual plug-in hob. Close to walks through woodland (5 minutes away), a trip into Durham (4 miles) or Newcastle (20 miles). Pets welcome. Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

The Rafters

The Rafters is a finished studio space above our late 1800s barn. It has beautiful light and feels like a getaway as soon as you open the door. With the proximity to Portsmouth, NH and local attractions in Maine, you can escape to the Rafters, but with the ease of being so close to everything. Our neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk down to many spots that overlook the Piscataqua River. Or Uber home from a fun night in Portsmouth!

The perfect getaway in Falmouth for all seasons! Our home is beautifully located overlooking Bourne’s Farm and we are steps away to the picturesque Shining Sea Bike Path. Enjoy a beautiful scenic 8.5 mile ride winding your way thru the Sippewisset marsh and along the coastline to the seaside village of Woods Hole. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.

Dunelm Studio, Durham City

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.

This space offers a romantic getaway for couples looking to enjoy the scenic Hudson Valley. If you are traveling solo, this cozy space is a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. Centered in the heart of Marlboro wine country, this space is right in the middle of several local wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants, and is just a short drive to the Shawangunk Mountains.
