Overall very clean and right in the center for going back and forth between towns. I wish I could've stayed longer honestly it felt just like home

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home for a group. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with our family and there was enough space for everyone, and also a gorgeous back yard where you could relax in relative privacy. I highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone who wants a little more space around them. I went for a couple of runs, and it is a beautiful area. A couple of notes: it mentions that it is walking distance to some things, and that is if you want to walk two plus miles. It really isn't walking distance to anything, but it isn't terribly far either. Everything you need is around a ten minute drive. Also, Brad takes quite a bit of time to respond to requests. Also, anyone visiting Durham can get a free YMCA pass for a week, so you don't have to stay here to get that benefit.

My wife and I stayed here with our two American Akitas for my college reunion. It was exactly what we were hoping for: a very nice, clean, and updated home with a very large (bigger than expected from the photos) and completely fenced-in yard for our dogs. Our dogs seemed so comfortable and at home in this house, and we loved watching them enjoy the yard from the raised deck above. Check-in, check-out, and other communications all went smoothly!

The house was perfect for our group, with four bedrooms and two separate sitting areas. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for simple meals (and Publix is 5 minutes away). We particularly appreciated the Keurig and K-cups. Checkout and clean-up were simple and easy. Very quiet neighborhood with a large back yard backing to woods. It feels like you're far from the city, but downtown Durham and most things in RTP are really only a 10 minute drive away. I would pick this house again the next time I'm traveling to the Triangle area.

This was the perfect place for my wedding day for getting ready with bridesmaids and family! Both apartments are beautiful and spacious and the location cannot be beat.

This is the perfect location to stay if you’re visiting Durham or any of the surrounding cities. It is very close to lots of restaurants and even Duke’s campus if you want to catch a game!

Had a great stay at this apartment in Morrisville, NC. Mohmeet was an excellent host super communicative and gave great local recommendations. The place was clean, cozy, and in a convenient location close to everything we needed. Easy to get around and felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and beautiful neighborhood. Very walkable to many restaurants and activities. Accommodation as described, very clean. Sleeps 6 comfortably, limited living room seating, although not needed as we were always exploring. Beautiful porch too.

I was visiting Durham for a Duke reunion. it was just me, and I’m glad I found Paulina’s place, which was just the right size with one big bed. It was close to Duke and some of my favorite restaurants, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and all of the check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. I’d stay here again.

This was a stunning, home-like retreat with cozy furnishings and great natural light on a private side street within easy walking distance of Duke's East Campus and downtown Durham. The hosts were quick to respond when I needed something. Often an Airbnb is in a great location but not that nice, or vice versa. This, for me, checked all the boxes. Highly recommend and hope to return.

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!
