Characterful terraced house, over one hundred years old, on top of a steep hill overlooking the cathedral and castle. 10-15 min walking distance to city centre, bus and railway stations, 5 min walk to supermarket. Free, but limited, on-street parking. This is a unique place. It is very quiet, because we are surrounded by gardens, the school playing field and the woods (the local nature reserve). We have seen deer, foxes, badgers and woodpeckers, but we are actually within Durham City!!

There is parking for one car and within a few minutes you have beautiful river walks, shops, bars, restaurants and of course our stunning cathedral and castle just a few minutes away.
