Private stylish newly built accommodation in the beautiful, suburb of Eversdal, Durbanville. Situated in a quiet area very close to the Sonstraal Dam beauty spot. We are close to the Malls (Tygervalley and The Village) local wine routes, mountain bike trails and restaurants. We are 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. Very secure with its own private entrance, free WiFi/Netflix/ and free parking. Coffee& tea etc provided. Fully equipped kitchen, plus private patio/courtyard.

Comfortable and homely apartment situated in a large well established garden with a shared swimming pool (covered in the SA winter months June and July ) secure parking for 2 vehicles behind gate. Close proximity to village center of Durbanville. 2 minutes drive from Durbanville Mediclinic 10 minutes from Cape Gate mediclinic.Tygervalley shopping Centre and Cape Gate shopping centre within 10km.
