Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

This cozy bungalow on "The Mesa" is approximately 13 miles from downtown Dgo. It is an unattached stylish efficiency with all of the comforts of home. We are close to the airport and hospital in the southern agricultural area of town. Beautiful views, simple living and comfort in this adorable custom apartment will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! There are pets on the property and neighboring ranches galore. The apartment is very private, with ample parking; trailers welcome.

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Nestled in a natural paradise, on the Mancos River with a natural pond, you will have the opportunity to watch elk, deer, eagles, hawks, blue heron, ducks, song birds, fox and other wildlife on this beautiful natural preserve, all within view of the stunning Mesa Verde. There is a cozy kitchen, perfect for preparing your own gourmet meal, and a very comfortable Murphy bed to crash into at the end of a full day of adventures!
