There is convenient free lake access from this cabin. Cabin 5, the Wilderness Cabin, is our largest with 3 bedrooms and plenty of room. The fun retro decor highlights our amazing location within the San Juan National Forest and the majestic area wildlife. The large new deck has room for the whole crew to relax and take in stunning views.

Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.

Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning.
