Our solar powered glamping cabin has glorious views across Loch Long to Loch Goil with no street lights to interrupt the stunning night skies. Enjoy access to the lochs for a swim, kayak or SUP. Numerous locations are nearby for a hike or bike ride then you can return to this perfect refuge for couples or small families, can sleep five but not suitable for five adults. Seil has its own golf course, superb shop, & two great pubs serving food. Enjoy the abundant wildlife on foot, boat trip, or simply sitting at your base observing the birds & deer in the garden. Kayakers can set off at high tide directly from the chalet shore, where the Northern Lights can often be seen, when active.

Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Relax, unwind and take in the stunning views of the sleeping warrior mountains. There is a stunning sea view from the top of the track the sunset is quite spectacular. We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast.
