TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

These wooden structures, bring swimmers out to deeper waters and in the evenings are a gathering spot to watch the stars from. On Gimli Road you will find the popular artesian well. Matlock General store is a 5 minute drive away for minnows, tackle and basic groceries.
