Located 13km from Dunkeld, the southern gateway to the Grampians, and 20km from Hamilton. "Kennebec" now offers the homestead which sleeps 6, the "Family Studio Suite" which sleeps 4 & our beautiful studio space which is perfect for brides getting ready, large family gatherings or workshops/crafting weekends with your friends.

This 3 bedroom luxury property can sleep up to 8 people and has 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely. Special discount applies for more-than-one-nighters.
