Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Mayfayre - 2 Bed Cottage Beside the Beach

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

Being one of the original fishermen's cottages on Dungeness, Seaview Cottage has been lovingly restored to cater for modern needs yet still maintain it's old charm with the original wood panelled interior throughout. It is perfectly situated with sea views to the front and the wild shingle beach known as 'The Desert of England' all around you. The famous RHDR miniature steam railway runs just a few strides from your front door and the Dungeness National Nature Reserve stretches out behind you.

Delightful, cosy holiday cabin on the shingle at Dungeness, moments from the sea, with wonderful views. A spacious modern en-suite shower room and separate living room, with small kitchen give you the option to rustle up basic meals, and a generous comfy kingsize bed (twin beds option) awaits you. There is a sofa bed for another guest/child. Spectacular views of the two lighthouses across the shingle towards the sea and only moments from one of the best pub restaurants around, The Pilot Inn!.

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. The Old Log Cabin at Dungeness

The 'Old Log Cabin' with amazing views over the English channel is located on the beach, and is built around old Victorian railway carriages. An ideal cosy place to chill. In the centre there is a dining area, and a separate seating area with views over the channel. There are 4 bedrooms; superking bedroom, kingsize bedroom, double bedroom and a single bedroom with an extra pull-out. The kitchen is retro but has modern kitchen appliances. The property includes a lounge and a massive bathroom.

Beach Retreat, Lydd-on-Sea

Perfect family retreat to a quiet coastline. Recently renovated with stunning views across the English channel (you can see France on a clear day) and direct access on to the expansive shingle beach, or wait for the tide to go out to walk onto sand. Discover the old fishing huts, railway carriages and lighthouse. To the rear of the house is Dungeness nature reserve. The miniature RHDR railway passes along the rear of the property. Walking distance to the famous Pilot pub and Fish Shack.

The Beach is a two minute walk & the Romney,Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs past the bottom of this quirky & contemporary dwelling. Shingle Shack is a deceptively spacious detached property with large lounge,shower room,comfy bedroom, private access & parking for one car. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful beach's,nature reserves & quaint villages that the Romney Marsh has to offer.

With local amenities and bus stops nearby Seagull’s Rest will make a great base for you to explore Romney Marsh and the surrounding area.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The room is newly refurbished to a very high standard, with fully fitted kitchen area and shower room. There is plenty of storage for luggage and the room is spacious enough to relax in after a day out visiting the beach and local area. We provide unlimited tea, coffee and a delicious selection of breakfast goodies for you to enjoy in privacy and at your leisure. There is an outside space which is great for a coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny day. We promise you a warm welcome.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.
