Perfect home for a group of friends, lots of room to spread out. Comfy beds and clean and warm.

Such a gorgeous home - we loved our stay. Beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches (like baskets with three quality towels per room) and THE most snuggly, comfortable beds ever. Nik was a wonderfully responsive host, answering our questions quickly and sharing ideas of spots not to be missed in Dunedin. We'll definitely stay again when we're in town.

Warm, clean and comfortable place with all necessities and only a $10 uber to the Uni for open days. Quality linens also appreciated!

고즈넉한 분위기의 집, 훌륭한벽난로, 다양한식기류, 훌륭한 정원등 최고였음. 특히 Host(Jake)의 빠른 응대가 놀라왔음. 문의하면 5분안에 방문해서 처리해줌. 다시 머물고 싶은 최고의 집이었음.

The house is very beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything is excellent. The host is kind and generous. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house.

The view!!! Oh my goodness, 2 large windows in the lounge/dining looking out to the ocean and big sky...it was mesmerising! This was a highlight and added to the whole relaxing experience. Large house with heaps of space. And quiet?...so peaceful you don't even hear cars passing. Thank you Penny for the lovely stay. I hope I have the opportunity again sometime. 😊

It was a really nice place for two of us to stay the night. The kitchen has everything we needed. Also loved the guide on how to make coffee :).

We fell in love with this unit, it became our home away from home and I cannot even describe how stunning the space and the view from the living room window are. Had everything we needed and more, every single detail was so thoughtfully put there. The hosts even gave us some local walks as suggestion as we both love to hike. I think this is by far my favourite place I’ve booked via Airbnb ever!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Als Architekt hat mich die Ausgestaltung der Wohnung begeistert :-) Wir würden hier wieder buchen. Auch für längere Aufenthalte bestens geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Antonia war sympathisch und gut. Die Vorabinformationen waren klar, die Zufahrt und selbst-check in somit problemlos. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

This place was surprisingly quiet at night despite its very central location which was great for a good nights sleep. Brilliant that it comes with secure parking so it's very easy to walk down George Street to all the shops and restaurants. Super comfortable couches and beds and the shower was brilliant. Love the fitout and decor. Neil had the place cozy and warm when we got there and left some treats which were much appreciated by the kids. We will be back.

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

We were after somewhere to stay that had easy access to the Otago peninsula and albatross centre. This place was ideal for these. Apartment was great. Good kitchen and bedrooms. Just what we needed. Samans mother was there to let us in and show us around.

We had a lovely stay here! The apartment was cozy and comfortable and near to the city centre. Dawn was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The biscuits were delicious! We would stay here again!

Threave house is a wonderful place to stay in central Dunedin. This historic Hose was converted into flats a long time ago, and the one I stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. Dunedin is well know for its historic architecture. Threave house is a well preserved part of that history. The bus runs frequently and is right there. Or, a 15 minute walk will get you to the octagon and the heart of the cbd. And if you have a car there is plenty of street parking adjacent to the house. Great experience. Highly recommended.
