The outdoor area includes expansive deck with plenty of comfortable seating (and trampoline for the kids) plus access straight onto a private park with swings.

Handy Inner City Apartment

This is a single room inner city apartment located in an historic building. It is relatively quiet as the bedroom windows are double glazed. I do recognise it is not as swish as some of the competition in town, including ones I have around the corner at 135 Cumberland street, but its really is quite a comfortable place and not overly pricey

The Macandrew Bay beach, cafe, playground, dairy, pharmacy and art gallery are all easily accessible within 150m of our beach house.
