The entire unit is fenced in for complete privacy for our guests. There is a comfortable sleeper couch in living room that turns into bed. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and has a twin size bed underneath. Beach chairs , small cooler and umbrella available. In the back yard there is a gas grill and comfortable chairs.
