Spacious, bright, airy,private house with stunning city and harbour view. Enjoying plenty of sunshine during the day and feel the breeze on the balcony in the evening. The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people to stay. 3 bathrooms, laundry, kitchenware, 3x heat pumps and heaters for each bedrooms, TVs, Wi-Fi. Free parking in front of the house 5-minutes drive to Countdown, PAK’nSAVE, local restaurants, cafe, and close to Peninsula. 5kms from the city center, along with the beautiful scenery.

Our villa is located 500m from St Clair esplande. Beautiful white sand beaches, world famous surf with an array of restaurants and bars along the esplanade are within 5 minutes walk. The iconic heated salt-water pools and local shops are just around the corner. Use this as a base to explore the scenery and wildlife of the Otago Peninsula, home to albatross, seals and the yellow-eyed penguin.
