This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Enjoy the evening sunsets around a campfire. Located just 7 minutes from the High Trestle Bike Trail and 10 minutes to the Ledges State Park for hiking and cross country skiing. Enjoy tubing and skiing at Seven Oaks, Boone. Take in events at Iowa State University or Des Moines Civic Center just 30 minutes away.

Right across the street from Iowa Specialty Hospital. Located on Main Street with off street parking in the rear.

Come sleep under the stars in this cozy galaxy bell tent. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable King bed and stay comfortable with an air conditioner and heater. There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Escape to a cozy, secluded cabin where modern comfort meets rustic charm. Just minutes from town, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Enjoy nearby adventures at ISU (20 min) and Seven Oaks (5 min), then relax by the fireplace with a good book. Watch wildlife from the spacious back deck with comfy seating and a gas fireplace. Whether snow falls or the sun shines, this retreat is your perfect getaway.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

Backyard Oasis! (Pool is OPEN for Summer!)

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is a beautifully, remodeled home with a shared backyard space that includes an inground heated pool and 2 Hot Tubs for summertime fun! One Hot Tub and the pool is closed for the winter. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. 3 bedrooms, electric fireplace and 2 Smart TV’s. Everything you need for a nice relaxing stay.

Enjoy your next family vacation at Lake Cornelia! Live it up on the lake, enjoy yard games and unwind on the large deck while taking in the beautiful views. This remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath with dine in kitchen has lake access and its own private dock with swimming platform. It is within walking distance to Clarmond Country Club, Lake Cornelia Park and a public beach.

Our cabin in the woods is a great place for couples and families to relax and connect. Nestled in the woods on 115 acres of land, there are many trails to explore throughout the timber. Enjoy watching wildlife, laughing around a fire, sitting on the front porch watching the sunset, reading, playing games, and stargazing.
