Steps outside the courtyard is coffee & wine shop, often w/ live music, as well as a C-store for anything you may have forgotten. Easy river access/boat launch too. Turn the other direction from the courtyard and find the Jenner Headlands for a picturesque hike. The hot tub under the stars completes the day!

Duncan House is a historic Inn from the 1880's adorned w/ art, antiques & spirits! Enjoy the elegant design w/ 18 foot ceilings, multiple sitting rooms, stunning kitchen & formal dining, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large deck, front porch & hot tub. Walking distance to historic Duncans Mills on the Russian River w/ many local shops, a General Store, the Blue Heron, Cape Fear, Sophie's Cellars, Gold Coast Coffee & Bakery, etc. Duncan House is where old magic & new memories have a cup of coffee. Pets OK!

The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.

The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.
